On the date of January 7, two thousand nineteen, Mr. Carlos Osoro Sierra, Metropolitan Archbishop of Madrid erected the “Pía Autonomous Foundation Laudato Si” as the Pía Autónoma Foundation of a Church with a public character in the Archdiocese of Madrid after receiving the opinion of the legal advisers of the Archbishopric seen canons 114 and 1303 and concordant of the Code of Canon Law
